Angeliki Alvanoudi is Assistant Professor in the Department of French Language and Literature at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (A.U.Th.), specializing in Sociolinguistics with applications to the French language. Her research focuses on the relationship between language and gender, phenomena of language contact in the Greek diaspora, and grammar in social interaction. Her academic interests include Sociolinguistics, Pragmatics, and Conversation Analysis.
